AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND THE CARTOON LOGO:
Presenting this deliciously amazing Character Logo's website we offer you certain terms and conditions. Following these terms and conditions will help us work in harmony making our work flow mutually beneficial and swift.
Your using our website shows your understanding and acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Modification of these Conditions of Use:
While using The Cartoon Logo, YOU (the Client) are required to go through the terms, conditions and notices for any new development in the working or proceedings of our website / job order.
Primary Design Delivery:-
Our communication takes place via the Internet.
The order is confirmed only after you have completely filled out the online form which includes the initial payment for the order / job deliverables.
Initial concept delivery within 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity of your project, the schedules of our designers, and the rate at which we receive feedback from your end. Some projects are completed in a week while others can take months to complete.
If you wish to pursue a second Cartoon logo design from the initial concepts presented, a second Cartoon logo design must first be ordered and purchased. If you finalize more than one design you will have to pay additional charges per Cartoon logo design.
Revision cycles take a minimum of 5 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of your requested changes.
Final Deliveries
Upon completion of your logo design project, you will receive it through email (format – Jpeg or TIFF as per your requirement). It may be in a compressed ZIP format single file and you will need WinZip or Win RAR to uncompress. In the case where you are not able to receive our final Cartoon Logo Design, we will resend these files after request from you. These requests will be entertained for 20 days from the date of first delivery of final Cartoon logo or until you have been issued your final CD (if applicable). After 20 days, we will provide the final Cartoon Logo Design for an additional charge of $20.00 per request.
The Cartoon Logo assumes no liability to customers for any loss of business or other damages, real or constructive, whatsoever. Buyer assumes full risk of possible delays.
Buyer assumes full responsibility of ensuring the compatibility of the provided Logo files with their own system. While help is provided, The Cartoon Logo assumes no liability to the customer neither for his own level of technological comprehension nor for lack of his access to proper hardware or software for viewing, printing or editing of the provided Cartoon logo files.
Lifetime Design Backup/Storage (According to your Package)
The Cartoon Logo keeps a record of your finalized design once we provide you the final Design. If Client requires the final files again in future we can send them. The fee of lifetime backup is $20.00
Guarantee & Refund Policy
The Cartoon Logo is committed to design a new logo that will satisfy you. If you are not satisfied with the initial responses provided by The Cartoon Logo, you may request a refund by Client center's feedback form. The Cartoon Logo Design will refund the initial payment made by you, less a $40.00 service and processing fee. If you have paid using your credit card, the money will be transferred back to your credit card account. Refunds will be processed within 6-14 business days after your request.
This refund policy will not take effect under any of the following circumstances:
If we do not hear back from you for more than 25 days.
If you have approved any of the Cartoon sample designs we have created for you.
If work was commenced on one of your Cartoon samples and made more than 1 alteration / revision for you.
If the company we are making the Cartoon logo for discontinues its operations, changes its name or its activity.
If the project is closed for reasons not related to our design.
Once you have requested revisions, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. Instead, we assure you of 100% Satisfaction Guarantee through unlimited FREE revisions of your Cartoon logo design until you approve of your final Cartoon logo design.
NOTE : Silver Package has a limitation of 5 revisions, while Gold and Platinum packages have unlimited revisions.
The Cartoon Logo expects you to perform research on your company name to be sure that your name is not already in use and securing a trademark or service mark to protect your legal rights to any name or image. The Cartoon Logo is not and will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.
Ownership / Copyrights
Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork becomes your property having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image upon project completion and receipt of full payment. The Cartoon Logo retains rights to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts, comprehensives, or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by you are not included into the final delivery, remains the full property of The Cartoon Logo.
In the event that payment for any Cartoon logo design is not made in accordance with the payment policies of The Cartoon Logo, in such case all of your rights to the Cartoon logo design created, including any trademark property will immediately revert back to The Cartoon Logo.
Your Information Is Secure With Us
We will not pass on or sell your contact details, email address or any other personal information that we may receive from you, unless you have given your consent in writing. We will not share your information with third parties for commercial purposes and are not affiliated with any advertising companies.
We will NOT under any circumstances work for any site that, promotes, endorses, duplicates, links to, or deals with the following:
Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
Content that infringes upon any trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any party.
Hacking, warez, virus transmittal, or computer activities of an illegal nature.
"Spamming", pyramid schemes, junk mail or the transferal of unsolicited e-mail or advertising techniques.
Content that is harmful to minors in any way.
Instructional information about illegal activities, promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual.
Animal cruelty or procedures deemed harmful, unnecessary or unnatural to animals
Any activity considered illegal under federal, state and international laws./ (Nudity).
